Occasionally, we will also get more Multi-Family deals than we can handle as well, so those are offered as Wholesale properties on our sister site, www.MyMultiFamilyDeals.com, for investors interested in those types of properties. Both this site and our sister site offer deals for which we've already done the marketing to obtain the leads, worked those many leads to finally find properties we could negotiate a great deal on, then gotten them under contract. This is no easy process, as you know, but we've already done this for you.

Since our business model is more focused on Multi-Family properties, and yet we still find and negotiate many great Single Family Residence deals, we'll wholesale these SFRs using our assignment clause to an interested buyer on our list.
