We are Real Estate Investors that specialize in Multi-Family Properties, but also do our fair share of investing in Single Family Residences.  We invest in properties for many different purposes which include wholesaling, fix to flip and fix to rent.

Our interest is to find properties that have some reason for the seller being motivated to sell the property in a non-traditional way.  Anyone can go through the regular process of finding a realtor and enduring the laborious process these days to eventually,.. hopefully sell the property.  We do look for deals that we can get at an attractive price that leaves us enough room to make a profit, while also solving some sort of issue that either the seller or property has.

We are looking for properties that we can either get under contract (signing an Option to Purchase with the seller at a given price within a certain amount of time) or a property that we can pay cash for.  Occasionally, on larger properties with more units, we will acquire financing to purchase a property.
