This section of our website is dedicated to teaching you the basics of being a Real Estate Bird Dog and give you ideas on how to find valid prospects.  We will tell you what to look for and perhaps even stir your own creativity to find additional ways to locate great prospecting categories.

Our current target area is the Glendale or Burbank California regions, so if you are in another location, or not able to obtain the information needed in this area, we probably won't be able to work with you.  Please, though, do check back again in case we expand our investing regions and feel free to puruse our free information on Real Estate Bird Dogging so that you can possibly apply it in your area by approaching other investors like us.

We will start with teaching you the basics, then get into some greater detail of what we are looking for and why we are looking for it.  This will give you some fantastic inside information about what a Real Estate Investor looks for and operates, while at the same time providing you with a great way to make some extra cash.

We ask that take this opportunity seriously and submit only leads that are viable under the parameters we will teach you.  This will mean that we take your leads seriously and will work them hard to get the deal closed, so that you can get paid.

A good lead in our region will pay a Bird Dog anywhere from $500, $1000, up to a maximum of $2,000 for larger properties.  This fee is paid upon the close of the deal in question from the profit proceeds received by us.  Since our minimum referral fee is $500, you will be required, at that time, to submit to us a W9 form with your Social Security number for proper reporting to the IRS.  This is because of recent changes in the law which require that we send you the appropriate income documentation for amounts paid above certain levels. Given our desire to comply with tax law, this information will be requested from you prior to payment so that we can remain compliant with appropriate income reporting regulations.
