We stress, and will have you indicate on this form as well, that you have already gone through our Real Estate Bird Dog Training topics contained withint the RE Bird Dog Learning Center on this site before submitting any leads to us.

Leads submitted to us withou your having gone through the trainings, will not be processed, unless you can provide us with compelling information that indicates you are an active and experienced Bird Dog already.  It just takes too much time and effort to process leads that aren't valid leads to begin with, so please comply with this request so that both of us can use our time most effectively.  After all, both of us want you to get paid as that means we have both benefited from the leads you are submitting.
